Shane is a beast! Not only is he in the ARMY, he’s a dad and still has time to get his workouts in. Here he is crushing a custom Barrett Fitness shoulder workout. He’s even got videos up on his instagram.

Whitney’s Amazing Success!  “Walking into the gym for the first time made me feel intimidated. I tried to apply the skills I learned from my previous team fitness activities, but ended up doubting my abilities and feeling embarrassed. I completely lacked self-confidence and didn’t know what my fitness goals should be. One day I just grew so tired of doing the same workouts over and over, so I decided to hire a personal trainer. Beginning with Matt was hard because I was scared to change my old habits. This included both my regular workout patterns, as well as my diet. However with his support, knowledge, and willingness to help me with my fitness and diet goals have been unfailing. He always has a positive attitude, and ensures that my workouts are challenging both physically and mentally. I also feel confident participating in fitness events outside of the gym, such as Warrior Dash and Run or Dye. I hope to also take part in the Tough Mudder this year.  Since training with Matt, my fitness has improved immensely. I can row 1500 meters in 6 minutes, climb 120 flights of stairs in 20 minutes, and squat 225 pounds. I have improved with other activities as well, but these achievements are the ones I am most proud of. I have already lost 30 pounds, I feel healthier than ever before.”
